Primary Membership

Primary, Any woman who meets the eligibility standard and who pays the required annual dues is a Primary member with the right to full participation in all proceedings once they meet applicable eligibility requirements. A Primary member may be counted only in this organization for the purpose of delegate representation to conventions of the
Texas Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of Republican Women, and this will be the only organization in which she may hold office. She must be a U. S. citizen and must be a registered voter and shall enjoy full privileges of
membership. To vote for bylaws amendments or in the officer election, dues must be paid for at least one month and at least one meeting must be attended prior to the privilege of voting. To be a voting member, she must not be a Primary voting member of another federated club.
